Please do not accept package if it is opened or damaged. If opened or damaged shipment is delivered without your presence, please inspect the order. Immediately file a report with your local post office if any item is missing or damaged, and email us a copy of the report so we can submit a claim for you.
The investigation period for lost or non-received order can take up to 2 months for both Fedex, EMS & Air Register from the inquiry date.
If there are lost and damaged mails, the freight company will compensate according to the customs declaration value, if the customer has no special request. Otherwise, we will declare the customs according to the actual value. If the customer has special requirements, the responsibility will be borne by the buyer.
All taxes incurred will be borne and collected by the buyer
